Here are the answers to some of our customers' most frequently asked questions. If you can't find the answer you're looking for, please feel free to contact us.

  • How do yoou charge for junk removal?
    We price based on how much space your items take up in the back of our truck, broken down into ⅛, ¼, ½, ¾ of a truckload, all the way up to a full truckload. Our trucks measures 15 ft by 7 ft by 6ft.
  • Can I get an exact price before you arrive?
    No, we can’t give you an exact price over the phone. Since we typically price based on how much space your items take up in the truck, we need to see the items in person before we can give you an exact price. For some single item removals, we can give you an estimated price before the appointment, but the final price will always be given onsite.
  • What methods of payment do you accept?
    We accept cash, cashapp, zelle and major credit cards. Payment is only processed once the job is complete.
  • Can you remove my junk if I’m not onsite?
    Mostly yes.We are able to get the job done even if you aren't home, as long as the items are easily accessible and the team can take payment over the phone.
  • What items do you not accept?
    We can remove virtually everything from mattresses, couches, other types of furniture, and electronics. We can take anything that two people can lift and load, as long as it's not toxic or hazardous.
